A franchise application additionally includes the study-centre and postal address details, contact numbers, Aadhar number, payment details where provided, residence-proof and personal-ID selections, and any documents you choose to upload (director photograph, institute photograph, Aadhar front/back and Pancard copies).
We also record basic technical information automatically when you use the website, such as the page you submitted a form from. This website does not use advertising trackers, and no analytics or marketing cookies are set by default.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry, provide the guidance or information you have asked for, assess a franchise application where applicable, and maintain records of the communication.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with an education institution only when necessary to progress an application you have asked us to support, and only with your knowledge.
3. Storage and Security
Submissions are stored securely and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your enquiry. The forms on this website are protected by industry-standard measures including CSRF protection, server-side validation and an image verification code on the franchise form.
We keep enquiry records only for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were collected — typically for the duration of the enquiry or application and a reasonable follow-up period — after which they are removed.
4. Documents You Upload
Documents uploaded with a franchise application (director photograph, institute photograph, Aadhar front and back, Pancard copy) are stored outside the publicly accessible part of the website. They are served only to authorised staff through a password-protected administration panel, and they are never listed or linked publicly.
Uploaded files are validated by their actual file type, stored under randomised file names, and deleted from storage when the related application is removed. Please only upload copies of documents that are necessary for your application.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that it be deleted. You can also withdraw the consent you gave when submitting a form at any time; if you do, we will stop using your information except where we are required to keep a record.

7. Third-Party Content
Pages such as the Video Gallery can embed content from third-party platforms when genuine, official links are supplied by the company. Embedded content is governed by the privacy policy of the platform that hosts it. This website does not embed third-party trackers beyond what is necessary for content you choose to view.
